These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myDelfy.ai, operated by dib s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
myDelfy.ai is a personal exploration tool. It calculates a natal blueprint from your birth data, maps the resulting positions to I Ching archetypes, and uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised reflective readings. The service is intended to support self-inquiry, reflection, and personal growth.

myDelfy.ai is not a professional service of any kind. Nothing generated by this service — including personal profiles, Oracle readings, shadow profiles, relationship profiles, or daily readings — constitutes psychological advice, psychotherapy, medical advice, mental health treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional consultation.
The readings are AI-generated reflective content based on a symbolic interpretive framework. They do not diagnose, treat, or predict. They are not a substitute for professional help. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your country.
You use the content generated by myDelfy.ai entirely at your own discretion and risk.
To use most features of myDelfy.ai, you need to create an account using your email address. We use a passwordless sign-in system: we send a one-time link to your email each time you sign in.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, please contact us immediately via our contact form.
You must be at least 16 years old to use myDelfy.ai.
Access to most generated content requires credits, which are purchased in bundles via our payment provider. Credits are a prepaid balance held in your account.

Credits are deducted when a reading is successfully generated. If generation fails due to a technical error on our side, credits are not deducted. Credit costs are subject to change; any change will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
Credits are consumed at the point of generation. Because the AI generation process incurs a cost to us the moment you submit a request, we are unable to offer refunds for credits used on completed readings.
If a reading fails to generate due to a fault on our side and credits are incorrectly deducted, we will restore those credits promptly — please contact us via our contact form with the details.
Unused credit balances may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that purchase. After 14 days, or once any credit from a bundle has been used, bundles are non-refundable. To request a refund of unused credits within the 14-day window, please use our contact form.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
You may use myDelfy.ai for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Relationship profiles and readings generated as gifts may involve entering another person's birth data. By doing so, you confirm that the person has consented to share their birth information with you, or that you are generating the reading as a personal gift and will not use its content to harm, manipulate, or misrepresent them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and without refund of remaining credits.
Content generated by myDelfy.ai is produced by a third-party AI language model. AI-generated content may occasionally be inconsistent, incomplete, or not fully reflective of your experience. The quality of a reading depends in part on the accuracy of the birth data and written inputs you provide.
You own the readings generated for your account and may share or save them as you wish. We retain a copy in your account until you delete it.
We do not claim that generated readings are factually accurate descriptions of your personality, circumstances, or future. They are symbolic, interpretive, and reflective in nature.
The myDelfy.ai name, logo, design, interpretive framework, methodology, position names, stage labels, path names, and terminology are proprietary to dib s.r.o. and may not be reproduced, adapted, or used commercially without written permission. This includes any attempt to reconstruct or derive the framework by aggregating generated reading outputs.
The generated reading text itself is provided to you for personal use. We do not assert copyright over individual reading outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myDelfy.ai and dib s.r.o. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made in reliance on generated content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may modify or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to registered accounts at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
